Have a substantial center stone, a large loose diamond or a diamond collection to sell? Cash 4 Gold & Diamonds welcomes natural polished diamonds of any carat weight and any shape. Large diamonds are a focus of our buying service, and smaller natural stones are welcome too.
We buy round, oval, emerald-cut, cushion, radiant, princess, pear, marquise, Asscher, heart and other diamond shapes. Each diamond is evaluated individually; an unusual shape does not rule it out.
Loose diamonds, rings and substantial diamond jewelry
Bring loose natural diamonds or complete jewelry: engagement rings, solitaire rings, eternity bands, tennis bracelets, necklaces, pendants and earrings. Keep the piece intact and bring matching stones, removed links or accessories you already have.
For an eternity band or another multi-stone piece, total carat weight describes all the diamonds together. It does not mean that one stone has that weight. A large single diamond and a band containing many smaller stones need different assessments, even when their combined weights are similar.

What goes into a large-diamond offer
Carat weight matters, but it is one part of the evaluation. Shape, proportions, color, clarity, condition and any treatment information help describe the actual diamond. GIA explains the 4Cs and why diamonds of similar weight can have different characteristics.
Bring the whole ring or jewelry piece so its mounting and other stones can be considered too. Let us know about any chips, repairs or changes you are aware of. Discuss any proposed removal or additional examination before agreeing to it.
Bring your grading report if you have one
Bring matching grading reports, receipts and other records that describe the diamond. For a GIA report, GIA Report Check lets you look up the report information. The document still needs to be matched to the actual stone being evaluated.

Natural diamonds only
Our diamond buying is limited to natural, cut and polished diamonds. We do not buy laboratory-grown diamonds or uncut and rough material.
If origin is uncertain, explain that when you contact us and share any existing report. Appearance alone cannot reliably establish natural origin; GIA explains why specialist identification can be needed.
